Found this by accident

Read the comments under the pic. Quite funny.

Another reason why you shouldn't post too many details in your picture. Although technically I'm not sure if transiting a waterway that runs through someones property is considered trespassing.

Yeah a waterway is private, if it runs through private property. At the very least it could be an easement which are usually private property too.

I've just had news that they are proposing to convert a disused rail route into a bike trail. And it just so happens to run across this creek and through the old guys private property. I'm not sure how much progress has been made on it.

Will need to check it out if I have the chance. I know it's just a creek but I am hoping what I find will make it worthwhile
