Bunzol tips?

Hey guys I'm planning to head out to the old Bunzol factory
tomorrow had anyone else been and have any tips?

Yep, first tip is to not post the exact name of it or the location.
One last tip, there is an entry point that looks quite easy. Don't jump the fence, there's a better entry point.

On these forums it's called the "bunzol factory"
