Newtown tram sheds

Has anyone been into the Newtown tram sheds recently? It seems pretty locked up tight. I found one possible entry point today but it is quite a precarious climb.

I would have thought there would be an easier way in with all the graffiti around.

So has anyone else been inside?

Every time we went there, there was an aggressive Rottweiler prancing around in there. This was a few years ago though. I am sure it will be redeveloped as part of the train station upgrade.
The Rozelle tram shed was more interesting, was full of trams, it's being redeveloped now and has on-site security.
