I'd love if people could (discreetly) alert me to any abandoned buildings/interesting places to explore on the Gold Coast.

Yep! It will grow during 2014 with each place I visit :-) I'm welcoming anyone with an interest in GC to help me build content. I do not formally disclose the addresses or names of the sites I visit. I am open to all from of UE, abandoned buildings, drains, towers, anything really..There seems to be a lack of GC UE.

No one actively explores there. It's the kind of place that heaps of people have passed through over the years, and maybe found something interesting, but besides that there isn't a scene.

Howdy,

As in my pm which replied to you with. The UE doesn't really work like that, people will not pm you exposing all their locations etc (Dedicated explorers anyways).

If you want to get into it and really know what is going on you need to become a part of it and go out look for places, meet people etc. No one will give away their locations just because you asked on a forum.

Hey man!

I found a really crappy abandoned hotel in the Gold Coast in the two weeks I was up there. Sea World after hours is pretty cool too and easier than you think..

Was there for a couple of days and found three abandoned places on the main drag, one complete with squatters who showed us around for a few dollars ...
