My name is Jessica, i'm in Brisbane

I love exploring abandoned sites, and shooting in them

Any help I can get is appreciated

Moving to Melbourne in 2015, so I am keen to use Brissy as much as possible for locations before I move

Would love to meet some of you also!! Up for anything really haha.

So if I understand your post correctly you're asking people to give you locations that they have worked hard to find so that you may "use" them as you put it to further your photography career?

Welcome to UEGA - don't mind Spoz he's just like all of us and is protective of our spots... People here will give you tips and tricks on how and where to find places but specific details are shared rarely. Meet up with some people here and go exploring with them and that's the most plausible outcome

You will find that even after a quick snoop through the forums some locations start to reveal them selves.. ue jedi skill + google.... ftw

I'd encourage you to subscribe to our "Brissy Random Meetup Thread", participate in the forum, share your pics etc.
The Brissy crew catch up occasionally, and would gladly have you along and show you a cool spot or two.

Hi everyone !!

Just to clear up, I am very against stealing locations, and that was not what I was asking, so "Spoz" forgive me but I am not looking at using anyone at all.

Would just be nice to meet some cool people interested in the same places, Brisbane is a pretty bland place.

I don't need people to give out their locations to me, as the site admin posted here, the locations do reveal themselves through research and sifting through flikr and facebook I have found, which is what I have been doing, putting the work in. I am passionate and hard working, i'm not a hipster with and IPhone, don't worry.

So, hope I put all of that to rest... just wanna hangout, not piss anyone off or steal anything.

The best place to post pics or brief details/updates is under the "Media" category of forum "AUS Urban Exploration".

Hoping to see more stuff...

Haha don't stress, there's no such thing as stealing locations. If someone wants to help they'll help. Get to know people and meet some members then maybe people will help you out.

No, I am definitely NOT going to post locations everywhere, i've had my own issues in the past and understand how important it is that only the right people know about some of these locations, I would hate to see them ruined/knocked down, even though Brisbane council likes to knock everything down anyway -_-

i don't see the big deal, if the only thing stopping people from going to these locations is they don't know where they are you've got things pretty easy!
