Going on a bit of f a road trip next week to byron bay, coffs harbour area and south west rocks at this stage anything interesting around there or between?

Lot's of abandoned sh1t up there, sugar mills, mines, power stations, etc. Google is your friend.

There was an empty Indian theme park in Woolgoolga. It may be demolished by now though.

I drove past that about 2 weeks (I'd guess) after it closed, and thought 'beauty, definitely having a poke around there after my holiday.' Drove straight home and forgot all about it...

You pay to go there, it's a working museum. Same with the lighthouse.

That was meant to be where we camped the last 2 nights but between tents breaking, kids being kids and the weather turning a bit crap, we're sticking to coffs for a few days, mjght just go down to the gaol etc for the day now
