Doubt it. There's plenty of land around there and I can't see why that piece in particular would be of any value. Probably vandals I'd say, the place is well trekked

Apparently it doesn't work on the stock Samsung browser. I don't have a Samsung phone so can't check why. It's probably best to use a newer browser anyway, I think new Samsung's include Chrome by default.

Can anyone see the top bar and side drawer on this site on the nonworking browser?

Not on my Samsung default browser. Can't update or mod anything unless I use Chrome which crashes a lot on my S4. Plus Chrome is damn slow on my phone when logged into Uega for some reason.

I'm now restricted to Uega updates after work on my non-work laptop.

So... I'll leave it to the other mods/admins
