Great new site to check out guys!!!

Easily accessible. An old water tower currently disused except by mobile providers.

Enter the property by an unhinged side gate.

Enter the tower by an unhinged door.

Ladders will lead you up to each level. Several levels to climb.

Western Suburbs.

FYI take gloves and old shoes. :)

Sorry but pics are from my mobile so are low quality. But you get the idea...

Nice! Pretty decent photos for a mobile.

What are water towers used for? I'm assuming this has been decommissioned?

Yeah, this one is decommissioned. It is currently used as a Cell Phone Tower.

Before mains water was supplied to homes, the community relied on tank water and water vendors. There were water shortages during the dry months.

found one at byron but judging by the amount of bikes, shopping trollies and blankets piled around it, it was still in use, though not for storing water, more people.

Little hint mate, no one is going to just blurt out locations, and especially not in a public forum. Use your investigative skills to try to find likely locations by sussing out google maps etc, then go and check them out.
