I entered from the tiny hole on the right in the picture below. I eventually walked the stretch to the river so I could see the entry point, and it really is a back breaker :/ I got absolutely drenched using the hole on the right (seemed like a half meter diameter, maybe slightly larger - yes, the one that says 'Exit' above it) and I was covered in mud, but it was worth it :p
A lot of the lights have fallen down or are in the process of falling down. Here is an example:
Apart from that, I did a little light painting in the large area just before the final stretch back to the river:
