And without getting too political... pretty hard to say without pissing people off, but doing Fortress via a manhole in broad daylight and getting shouted at by locals is not sensible exploring. I just used that as an example. Forums like these can become a free for all if you're not careful.

I think the point Doug was trying to make, is that it may be seen as reckless popping a m/h during the day, and would draw much unwanted attention from the public.
