Received the batteries today and I examined them closely. They're fakes. :/ Perhaps there is a point to buying overpriced s*** in brick and mortar stores. I might chuck up a photo tomorrow if I remember. Lol.

i bought a fake genuine nikon battery from a mobile accessories shop
it got stuck in my camera. i got it out and took it back, they were very quick to give me my $$ back and get me on my way, i asked if it was worth trying another but they said so, they assured me it was genuine though..
for future reference, double sided tape on the end of the battery got it out without damaging camera or battery

now.. who can get the micro-sim out of the normal-sim slot in my tablet.. oops

Dem fakes. I bought a fake limited edition DSi once. Although I would have thought $60 would be enough for a genuine battery! Sheesh, crazy expensive..

Funny mobile accessories store, should totally report it. Cheap 3rd party is one thing, but fake genuine is another.

Actually, the Sony A7ii batteries cost $99 AUD. FML. Plus they last like, all of 2 seconds compared to my DSLR batteries. EVF battery drain fun?

It was literally a piece of pirated hardware.
Poor quality obviously. The volume slider only did max volume or no volume, and a corner of the touch screen moved in a few mm when you pressed it..
It got me by till the 3ds came out lol.
