Keeping my eyes open for the opportunity to meet up with some of you salty veteran explorers and go adventuring in the Sydney area!

New to urbex but have climbed some abandoned buildings in my day. So I guess I'm a semi-newb, not familiar with how to do this in a city (deep down I know I'm a natural though

).

Have a good holidays folks and hope to meetup with y'all at some point or just chat urbex!

don't mean to be a pain or anything but how often do youz do meet-ups?
and is it limited to people that live near Sydney?
any age limit?

don't want to imply i could come as it would depend on mum or family taking me (im only 13)

Hey Jtcool

Casual meetups happen randomly (hence the title!). If you check in often, you'll find our members post once or twice a week when they're heading out. Alternatively, you can subscribe to this thread to be notified by email when someone posts here.

If you're near Sydney it probably helps, but we have members all over the inner and outer areas.

As these casual meetups are not planned by UEGA; it is up to yourself, your parents, and the other attending members regarding what will be appropriate for your age.

In light of recent events, I will be revisiting a site that has had DA approval

Please PM me if you wish to join and I will provide details on where to meet. Will also provide free transport - I have 4 spare seats, just let me know approximately where you are located and I can see what I can do.

It will be this coming Saturday. Please note, the site is about to be demolished so will be the last chance to see this place.

Don't know what was with the 90% rain forecast on BOM today
