Drains are usually low risk in terms of being arrested, but can potentially be very dangerous to go in safety wise.
In terms of buildings, if you see a lot of graffiti it usually means that people go in there often and have spent time to paint, meaning there are usually no cameras (but this is not 100% guaranteed)
Structures can be very hot (cameras) or can be almost completely safe. It really comes down to judgement calls, if they look like theyre in good condition and have fences etc its high risk
and obviously the highest risk is climbing active buildings...
