Trubrary, and by that observation bat attack as well, have had a horrible sewer leak. Noticed because walking along castle street you can smell it from the road coming up from the grilles. The entrance is absolutely putrid and I saw some feces leaking out. Shame because I've never been in bat attack and wanted to go. Just a warning. I would like to notify the council but idk how to do that without incriminating myself as I have explored it. I'll prolly just tell them i smelt it from th eroad. Has this happened in any other sydney drains?

Where is Trubrary? (Haven't heard of a drain being named that.)

And yes, lots of Sydney drains have sewage overflow in it.

Feel free to report it to Sydney Water ( 13 20 90 ). https://www.sydneywater.com.au/water-th ... -leak.html

They won't care that you were in it or not, but just take lots of good photos and describe the location well.
