My mate went to Balmain leagues recently and saw a car parked inside the property and demountables set up but unfortunately he didn't take any photos. To me this seems like preparations to demolish it but I'm pretty new to urbex and maybe this could something else but i doubt it. You reckon Balmain is on its last legs?
I'm pretty sure that's the demolition team! They're gonna be redeveloping it into a residential/other apartment complex which is gonna be completed around 2025
