Help Please Film Student Location Scouting

I am currently studying at the New York Film Academy in the Gold Coast and am desperately searching for a location to shoot my upcoming film. I require an old house, preferably with an aged wooden floor. I need help finding one either in Brisbane or here in the Gold Coast.

Please let me know if you have any in mind.

My appartment in Sydney has an aged wooden floor.

It's not Brisbane or Gold Coast, but flights are cheap.

It's yours for $180/day + 2% royalties.

If it wasn't a student film with an extremely limited amount of film days I would be able to. Thank you though.

Not abandoned, but Newfarm powerhouse is pretty nice. Dosent really look anything like a house though, so if it is specifically a house you are after it probably wont work.

There are plenty of these houses available now at Airlie Beach, Rockhampton and places in between. May be water damaged though.
