Yep a pack of P2 masks is only a few bucks, and is all you need for asbestos fibres.
Use once then throw away.

Thanks for specifying, none of the masks say "good for asbestos" on them trust me i've looked

Yeah, if I have done my research correctly you want P2 masks, or anything rated AS/NZS 1716:2012 and above. Something like this this will do though, you can get cheaper ones without the valve thing (just lets all the air you exhale out, so it doesnt become sweaty and nasty)

But also learn about what asbestos is, what it looks like and the dangers. For example, so long as you're not kicking through walls, unwrapping heating pipes or dismantling elevator brakes, there's a good chance you won't be exposed to airborne asbestos in the average building containing asbestos.

It's dangerous when it's airborne, so demolition sites are the ones to be wary of, but wandering around the trashed roller skating rink won't get you asbestosis so long as you don't disturb it.
