Hi Guys,

I'm new to the whole urban exploration thing, so I was hoping to get some help from some seasoned pros. I know the basics of No rain, No drains, and I have a good pair of boots!

Looking forward to some interesting spots!.

Early 30's. As far as explores, I've done a lot of random bush wanderings, and the odd trek around the moonee ponds creek, but that's about it. That's why I was thinking of connecting with a few experienced peeps to show me the ropes, as I'm new to the urban stuff.

Yeah, weather has been pretty ordinary, spending a lot of time above ground hunting for mushrooms! Are there any group meetups or anything where I can get a feel for it?

Are there any group meetups or anything where I can get a feel for it?

The Cave Clan holds regular drain expos, including special expos for newbies. They're in their winter break at the moment but will start up again around September! There are a sometimes a few ad hoc expos over winter though, so that might be something to look out for if you're interested.
