I don't know, haven't been in there for over 6 years. It's still standing anyways...

There's not exactly a lot of structural stuff to burn... Probably just some kids setting a stolen car on fire or a couch or something like that.... Always seems to be remnants of those kinda things there.
Wander often. Wonder always.

The plan looks interesting. I assume some, if not all, of Bradmill is heritage listed so it'll be interesting to see how they refurbish and incorporate it into the proposed plans.

May need re-assessment and will probably lose heritage listing.

Developers seem to do this fairly often,
  1. Building is Heritage Listed or there is local backlash about development.
  2. Doors and Gates are left open, local kids trash
  3. Location is trashed / burned / smashed by every local teen.
  4. Eventually say to everyone "Look what we can build instead of this pile of junk"
  5. Developer gets their way.

I can say that the remnants of the BHP steelworks site recently suffered the same fate.

Only difference was they were still in pristine condition. But they made up some stupid remark that there was groundwater contamination which wasn't true (it sat just outside the boundary of the building).

So probably a few brown paper bags going round methinks.
Just a harmless explorer. No need to waste taxes checking me ;)
