I'd be surprised if Midget can afford a trip to the UK or let alone even get as far as Bristol (Weston-Super-Mare)!dndkAU wrote:Cool!
Did you snap these?
I can pronounce Slough, does coming from England rule out the free gift!!!theedge wrote:I'd be surprised if Midget can afford a trip to the UK or let alone even get as far as Bristol (Weston-Super-Mare)!dndkAU wrote:Cool!

It's quite a trip from London.
Gee the uk place names are so weird... Dorking Deepdene is one that sticks to my mind. Slough is another (free gift if anyone can pronounce correctly!). And then there are the Welsh places which are so hard to pronounce (hope there's no one from Wales here no offence)
There's lots of Bansky stuff around Bristol/Cardiff if you look around.
As proof I'd like to see selfies of Midget in UK please!
Banksy latest definitely has some thought provoking installations. I especially like the carriage surrounded by paparazzi. Brilliant!
At least I can pronounce those! There's quite a few funny ones in the outback.Unclehaggz wrote:Doesn't count. Also if you've seen "the Office" before doesn't count either .theedge wrote: I can pronounce Slough, does coming from England rule out the free gift!!!
On British names my fave was Cogenhoe in Northants!! pronounced "cookno" believe me!!
And the welsh ones, Rhayader, Claerwen Dam, Craig Goch Dam, Pen y garreg Dam all were used to film the "Dam Busters", fantastic part of Wales to visit and some serious Abseiling was done there!!!
UH
There's another one called Woking - said it as "Wok" (as in the chinese wok) in my first UK Working holiday trip while chatting to the job agent for a interview - great first impression!
Finally there is this -

So many people were here taking pics of it when I was there...
What I loved about the work on Park St is that somehow you knew it was done by Bansky because like everything he does it pulls you in and makes you think. I also assumed on the day it was a bansky (it was the first one I saw in real life) and it looks like I was right.Unclehaggz wrote:Great article there, must try and visit on my UK trip later this year!!theedge wrote:This is one of my faves.
