May I ask why my post from last night was deleted? As far as I was aware, it breached no rules or guidelines.

Probably should just PM Nuggs or Aydun. No need to make a scene of it.

Every city has those locations you don't talk about online.

Its had three roof top graff pieces splashed on it in the past year. A structure as beautiful, historically significant, unique and most importantly endangered doesn't need any attention.

The owners of that building want ANY excuse to tear it down, but due to its listing its been a twenty year and counting battle but increased vandalism wont help the situation.

Some people enter these locations with respect, but we all know when those that don't respect these locations go into these places.

Exhibit A:

The first time I found it.

What use is film and film machines if not used? There are 30 odd there and 1 has been destroyed since people chose not to thread it properly despite it being set up to be thread properly. It's a loss of 1 film roll, which would've been binned or stolen at some point anyway. It's not a big deal, get over it.

On the other hand, the building in question is no secret. Hell, it's in the party capital of Brisbane which attracts the dodgiest crowd and the roof area is covered in tags. The problem is access; it's all but impossible unless you're willing to risk your life or spend a lot of time and effort, with testing of alarms and entry at very particular times in very particular ways. You will notice there are only a few interior tags and they are all old as f***. Asking whether or not people have been in it or have any details on it isn't sensitive.

Graffers look for king spots and whether or not a building is abandoned generally isn't relevant, especially considering all of the possible canvas space is used. Unless someone is going to gear up with ladders for a piece there, it's not worth it, and I know very few people in Brisbane would even consider that.

Like f***, good luck and props to anyone who can get in...

Eugh reading that is like listening to a teenager argue with their parents.
You running around town trashing locations is not a big deal and I should get over it - okay. My nest is not the only one you took a s*** in. I wonder what whatsherface thinks after A) showing you that night club and telling you to keep it secret then B) taking anyone and everyone there and C) uploading photos online of you and your friends trashing it with a fire extinguisher. I sincerely hope you don't question why so many people avoid you. Really, what the fcuk don't you get? Is your mind so clouded with those crack pot lies that you live a life of delusion?

Perhaps I didn't make "it doesn't need any more attention" not clear enough.

Like urbex, many graffers are in the game to big note themselves. I know lots of graffers or people who call themselves "street artists" who go to the extremities to prove a point. I'm sure you know 1dirlust. He will occasionally slap up his pasties in unusual and rare places of a building to big note himself that not only did he get there but now people will see his piece from there too. 1dirlust was begging me to tell him how to get inside Waltons. Graffers like unique spaces.

Of fcuking course a building being abandoned makes a difference - you're so keen on arguing with me that you're arguing complete crap.

Why can't you kids just not f*** up what other people like to enjoy?

Even though I can't stand the C/C I still remember what I was told when falling into this exploring stuff: RESPECT OUTWEIGHS THE GLORY.

You have no respect; for locations or other explorers and that is going to end up up sh!t creek and it has. You are doing this for all the wrong reasons. Posting photos of utility tunnels on Instagram? That is so DUMB!

PS. can you not leave messages on your Instagram account directed at me? Do you see me or anyone else doing that? Its not a good look.

ffs.

We found it together, it was not a one person mission. And I've only taken people there that I trust or owed something to. It's a safe place to use fire extinguishers at. Fully sealed off, big enough and there are no windows or anything of the sort. Plus, renos have started. I don't really care to start an argument with you, and obviously people have their different philosophies on exploring. No single one is superior. You talking about people avoiding me? What a joke

I know the Brissy graff scene a lot better than you and know how it works. If people wanted to go to the effort of using the brick exterior canvas, then it would have been done already. I doubt that 1dirlust would care about getting inside Waltons, but if it is indeed the case, I might have to help him out. He's a legitimate artist and as I said earlier, if anyone has the motivation to get in they deserve to get in.

Far out you're really mad. I have my own reasons, you have yours. Deal with it. :)
There are hundreds of utility tunnels... what are you on about.

Eh, I don't. The world doesn't revolve around you nor does my life in the slightest. I couldn't give less of a s*** about what you're up to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQZmCJUSC6g

You... are actually making up excuses over that? Are you putting out a fire or something? That's cheap vandalism. Thats the kind of behaviour in question when people say things like "why do kids go to abandoned buildings and trash them for no reason?" <<< exactly that. You didn't find it together. It was her "problem solving" (or whatever you call it) that lead you and her there. You wouldn't know what that is though because you don't find your own places, you just leech off other people and swap them to and from. Everybody knows. In two whole months of exploring with you you found nothing yourself. You are useless.
phytrix wrote:I know the Brissy graff scene a lot better than you and know how it works.
You've made that more than evident with all your hooded bong head friends trashing up heritage buildings. Tell your mate deranged his stickers are sh!t and they look stupid in the nurses quarters.
phytrix wrote:Far out you're really mad.
I'm mad alright and so are other because you fcuk up locations.

 Nice spin but it doesn't ease the pain of how insufferable it is to see you act all big and tough and "I don't care what dey fink!"

I will note that its cute that you're out and about bonding with other people because of your mutual disapproval over me.
