For your daily supply of humour, you "bunch of hare-brained pests with a limited mental age and unlimited arrogance".

I think the author would be better off writing about vandals, taggers and graffiti artists. Even then, I think certain types of graffiti in a few places actually give it a better atmosphere.

I could say something about the Poms and how they tend to complain persistently, and in a peevish or irritating way.
But it may be construed as racist, so I won't go there.

Also, they have bad teeth - really.
