I wish I could have taken some photos when it was a kitten.

It was pretty awesome though, I was walking home, and then I recognised her cat sitting outside her house. Miki (the cat) starting moving away, then I called her name and she came back. xDDDDDD I want a cat now.

We found a drain cat once. It was fluffy, expensive looking and seemed to be missing an eye.
We followed it up the drain for ages before finally managing to catch it.

The eye wasn't missing it was just swollen shut. The poor thing was pretty fucked up and skanky. Someone ended up carrying it in their backpack because no one wanted to hold on to it, poor gross kitty. Must have fallen down into the canal (after probably being hit by a car) and couldn't get out.

We took it to the 24hr vet, but they ended up putting it down. The end.

Well that sucks, poor kitty :(

You're probably right about the car. No healthy cat should be unable to escape a canal/drain.

It was a pretty tall canal. Any cat would have had great difficulty.
The other suckfull part was that it had no microchip. Some arsehole had probably bought it from a backyard breeder. Yuck.

Hopefully putting the cat down at the vet saved it from suffering a miserable drowning.
