Brunswick is for the most part a housing estate, it's kinda cool actually, they've used the old kilns as part of the houses. Impractical yes, cool, also. There's still a bit to see though if that's your thing.Bradmill has been gone for quite a while now. I was personally going to visit Larundel after as I still haven't been and a weekend is the best time. I'd be happy to go with a group. Safety in numbers after all.
I'll give you a nudge and say your info on Bradmill may be a tadd wrong, sure it's not the sprawling maze of dark warehouses full of luxurious crap it was a few years back, but the boiler building is heritage listed and not going anywhere fast...
