It's jumping out of the closet time.
I just had some nit wit form another exploring group threaten to "out" me because I'm Intersex. Well what the heck is Intersex you ask? It means I was born not entierly male or female. Check out the Wikipedia article if you need to know the ins and outs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intersex
That's right, it means I'm a freak, or abby normal. Now back in the day when I was young there was heaps of shame piled on me and other Intersex people for being who we were. But now days, I'm used to who I am, and less likly to take people's s*** for being who I am. I'm certainly not going to let some two bit idiot try blackmail me and destroy my reputation over being intersex. I mean, hey, my reputation is weird as anyway.
So yeah, I'm a genetic anomaly. I act and dress feminine when I feel like it. I quite happily wear skirts or dresses at home and to work.
If people have an issue with that, so be it. I still have explored cooler stuff than you (except for Siologen because nothing beats the Royal Mail Rail in my opinion) :)

Lastly, a word to anyone who might have someone lean on them and threaten to "out" them about anything. Bugger that! We're a bunch of weird, drain exploring social misfits. I doubt if any of us care about anything you could be "outed" for. So be yourself, own who you are and do the exploring. It's the exploring that counts, that and photos. Everything else is no big deal.

Ah I didn't know that. Thanks for being open with us. So growing up which gender did you identify yourself as?

Hmm, I identified with whichever gender people pushed me towards. I grew up trying to conform with other people's ideas of what or who I should be. Needless to say, that sucked. So now I just try to be me when I can.

It's weird that people still think this is the sort of thing they can use to blackmail people, and it's sad that under some circumstances they still can.
Realistically, I doubt anyone here really gives a s*** tbh. What you've got between your legs just isn't particularly relevant to urbex, which is an excellent thing about it as far as I'm concerned.
Kudos to you, Panic.

Hey, after I wrote this post someone from Brissy contacted me and mentioned they knew Bonnie Hart. Could that person contact me again please.
Thanks.

It must have been horrible growing up not knowing who you were meant to be. Good on you for not letting them get to you now. There’s nothing to ‘out’ you for. Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind!
Not a photographer- just an explorer!

Wow Panic I love this post. Im at tafe struggling through community services dioloma while I juggle a bunch of kids on my own. I was invited to go to a LGBTQI talk with the mental health dioloma class from my tafe at the Nan Tien Temple Uni. Was such an amazing talk called 'The Talk'. A guy from ACON came as a speaker and I guess it was the first time I'd heard someone talk about intersex so well. Sorry you had to deal with an idiot treating you like that. Its never acceptable!
