Couldn't find mention of this anywhere in here and I've never posted anything just observed so I figured its time.
I had noticed this place a few times as I travelled across the smaller Hexham bridge(heading away from Raymond Terrace) so I finally decided to check it out.
Its nothing super impressive but its still something, a few cool pieces of graffiti, some old toys, even a few old keyboards that i spelt my bands name out on to take a photo. It looks like it gets used by local skaters as a hang out judging by the makeshift ramps.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Awesome photos. Particularly liked the dusk bridge shot
Great photos.
these photos are a sufficient summary of the place, but if anyone wants any more, I went here about a month and a half ago and ive got plenty (ask or PM).
aside from the stuff in OP, theres also a very small upstairs platform with some broken powerboxes, but the place is mostly an empty warehouse. it's super easy and simple for a starter location, but i wouldn't go there expecting anything big, especially if you have some experience.
maybe this helped a little, probably not
